
Wood
PINUS offers wood profiles, which are produced by conglutination of lamellas. The defects of the wood are preliminarily removed from them: knots, resin channels, boon.
This way the natural inner tensions of the wood are decreased to minimum and the risks of deformation with time is eliminated, better stability and durability are obtained, as well as improved appearance of the profiles.
Glass packs
PINUS follows a classical technology for glass packs producing – the air remains enclosed between the glasses, while the humidity in it combines with an active substance. This way the thermal isolation improved and the glass sweating is avoided.
There is possibility to work with gas-filled glass packs or with glass packs, provided by the clients them selves.
Decorative wood, aluminum or plastic øïðîñíè, can be installed between or on the glasses by sticking, including glasses with high UV and thermo protection.
Casing
PINUS is working with casing (knuckles and closing mechanisms) of the company U-G, Germany. It is specially developed for wood with glass pack and assures quality closing of the windows and guaranteed packing all along the contour. There are possible several ways of opening: on one axle (horizontal and vertical), on two axels (horizontal and vertical), opening of lantern-light windows from distance, sliding with frontal moving (VOLKSWAGEN system) – ordinary or automatic, opening type “concertina” with different ways of pleating.
Paints and vanishings
PINUS applies surface polishing, which includes: base laying, followed by final top of varnish or paint for external use. We use only high-quality paints and varnishes of leading producers, which technological requirements are strictly observed. The clients have the possibility to choose between
rich variety of colors and nuances of worldwide companies.
Water inlet
PINUS takes care of the leading of the rain water out of the window through two aluminum weatherboard. The first is situated at the lower part of the leaf and leads the flowing water away of the window. The second one, situated at the windowsill - just next to the first one, has a perforated channel to lead away accidentally penetrated water. |
